To be eligible for a refund, you have to lodge your complain in 1 day after the work is finished from our end. After 1 day, we will not be able to consider your complains regarding our work.
Our team will work with your closely to resolve any dispute you might have regarding the services. We will try our best to rectify the problem you might be facing, but cannot be sure to resolve it in each and every case. After careful reconsideration, the team will decide in 7 days if you are eligible for refund or not.
If your dispute request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
